My second month into work now and thank you Lord that I am able to deal with it and not crash. Or perhaps I did at one point where I let everything out, got sick, and had a long weekend off due to MC and PH. After letting out, the determination to stay is even stronger than before. I shall not be a loser. I shall take everyday as a lesson and learn from my mistakes.
No doubt I am ending even later than previous month everyday due to the workload but I am slowly getting used to it. Maybe that's also due to the fact that I have a colleague whom I can hitch a ride home as we live just opp each other (which saves up hell lots of traveling time).
Despite the heavy workload and long hours, there was a sense of achievement. I was mentored by Huijun, a temp staff whom I relied alot on my first month there and got very close after when we started going home together (we live very near each other too). However, my first month ended very quickly and she had to return to school which means I will be left alone to do all the work which I am not familiar with. Hence my second month wasn't very smooth and as mentioned before, I crashed. But thankfully now I am able to cope with the stuff that I am handling and I hope I will be able to maintain or improve better from now.
Relationship with colleagues are getting better each day and I feel more comfortable and started opening myself to them. It takes me awhile to warm up y'see hehe.
I still don't know how long I would last but que sara sara.
P.s. I have a great boss. Well at least to me haha.
