Taking some time out to blog here is the best way for me to reflect on life. Reading through the blogposts few years down the road will allow me to understand myself more and to know how much I've grown.

It's been a month now that I've been on internship and tbh, I'm really blessed to be part of Ritz Carlton. It feels like family here where everyone embraces the new. Everyone here are so friendly that it makes me feel so damn comfortable. Now i finally understand y people can work here for more than a decade. It's the culture.
The food. The staff meal here is basically one of the worst. But as per what my parents said, free food don't complain. Oh well huhu you win some, you lose some.
idk bout others but i always feel great when i made friends. i'm not a social butterfly and is rarely the one who'll take the initiative to make friends. it takes quite alot of
it had nv crossed my mind that i will make friends with other departments other than mine. but man i was wrong. the two days of cross training indeed broaden the f/s made and i'm thankful for that. really really thankful. just hope that the f/s made will go beyond the walls of ritz and even take it on a higher level.
and oh did i mention that despite the good points i've listed out of my ipp journey this far, i was actually struggling for the first three weeks? it was really depressing as it was my body clock's transition period, coupled with the problem i had with my heels (worst part ever). practically everything was coming all at once and am glad that i overcame it. many things happened and shall not elaborate much if not it'll be never ending mmm.

I'll be back hehe
